At VeltHire, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized career advancement services tailored to each client's goals. As our services involve human expertise, intellectual effort, and time-sensitive delivery, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while protecting business resources.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to services purchased through VeltHire's official channels, including but not limited to:

  • Resume Building & CV Makeovers

  • LinkedIn Profile Optimization

  • Interview Preparation & Coaching

  • Career Counseling Sessions

  • Personalized Placement Assistance

  • Bundled Career Packages (Starter, Pro, Premium)

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • A request is made within 24 hours of payment and before any service work has begun

  • A technical error or duplicate transaction occurred during payment

  • The service is not initiated within 5 business days of payment, and no rescheduling or update is provided by the team

  • The purchased service was completely misrepresented or incorrectly delivered (subject to internal review)

Approved refunds are processed only after thorough internal verification.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Work has already been started or delivered (partial or full)

  • Client is unresponsive or delays service due to missing documents or communication gaps

  • Subjective dissatisfaction after delivery (e.g., tone, design, formatting) once aligned with project scope

  • Requests are made after 24 hours of purchase

  • Services bought during promotions or discounted bundles

  • Failure to provide required information within 5 business days

⚠️ Important: All VeltHire services are customized and involve non-recoverable expert time. Once initiated, they are not eligible for reversal or refund.

4. Revisions & Corrections

  • Each client is entitled to one (1) round of revision within 3 business days of receiving their service deliverables

  • Additional revisions beyond the first round may attract a nominal rework fee, depending on scope and complexity

5. Refund Request Process

Processing Timeline:

  • We review all refund requests within 2–4 working days

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed only if requested within 24 hours of payment and before work starts

  • Cancellations requested after work has begun or beyond 24 hours are not eligible for processing

7. Payment Gateway & Processing Fee

If a refund is approved, transaction charges up to 3% may be deducted from the refunded amount, based on payment gateway policies (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, UPI apps). This fee is non-refundable.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute related to refunds or service delivery, the issue will be addressed by VeltHire's internal resolution team. The decision taken after investigation shall be considered final and binding.

9. Policy Updates

VeltHire reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and effective immediately upon posting.
